This Wholefood Chocolate Cheesecake is something special for chocolate, cheese and healthy food lovers. Quick and easy like all my recipes.
Quick And Easy Wholefood Cheesecake
- 400g wholemeal
- 180g warm butter
- 160g raw sugar
- 40g cacao
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbs sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Add all ingredients into a bowl or food processor and combine to a nice and smooth dough. Prepare a baking tray with a baking paper. Put 1/4 of the dough aside for the topping. Distribute the remaining 3/4 of the dough on a baking tray.
Now the cheese mix. Add into a bowl or food processor:
- 1000g cottage cheese (the cheapest one from Woolie or Coles is just fine)
- 125g butter
- 2tbs sour cream
- 260g raw sugar
- 4 Eggs
- one pinch vanilla sugar
- 2 large spoons of potato flour or corn flour
- some sultanas if you like 🙂
Combine all ingredients, except the sultanas of course.
Add the sultanas, stir and put onto the chocolate base.
Distribute the fourth part of the chocolate base on top and up into the hot oven! Make yourself a nice coffee and wait 🙂
Put into a hot oven at about 160 degrees Celsius and bake for about one hour till ready.
