I thought I share with you the bbq meatballs we just recently did on our wood fired bbq. Itβs a great way of cooking them. The smoke and meat flavor makes you hungry π Something you cannot resist! Simple and good country food. I just love the BBQ chops how my husband is cooking them so I had to share his recipe with you. Prepare them as soon as possible and allow to infuse the whole goodness of the marinade for at least two hours. Perfect would be to leave it over night in a fridge.
