Thank you for a very informative day learning a lot about permaculture gardening. It was very interesting to learn about all your edible plants and animals at your property, about mulching and composting. After a very informative morning we finished the workshop preparing and eating a delicious meal with food from your garden.I loved your homemade cookies, tea and real sauerdough bread.I went home with heaps more knowledge and ideas how to improve my own garden at home.

A real journey into a food forest!
Surprising how you can eat all what you see in there, the good taste everything has, and the power of natural cycles.
Ewa is a good guide, the garden is very rich, the techniques are interesting, the “get the food-cook it- eat it” is a nice experience and there’s a lot to learn.
    Thank you!

The course was wonderful. Not only was the content of the course extremely informative, the hosts and the other course participants were very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about Permaculture that I didn’t know and have been able to implement in my own food forest. To top it all off the meal at the end of the course was delicious. I had heard about all these wonderful foods but to taste them was divine. I have no hesitation in recommending this course to anyone who is interested in growing their own food forest.
